The Diamond system features real-time inventory and usage reporting to help you accurately forecast material use, which avoids backorders on out-of-stock items. The system will automatically send you an e-mail alert when your material has reached low-inventory points set by you, based on the replacement time needed and estimated usage.
Orders can be transmitted via our online ordering system, telephone, e-mail, fax, and other file transfer protocols, such as EDI, FTP, HTTPS, and XML. Regardless of how an order is received, it will be available online for immediate access, tracking, and activity reporting. All orders are picked using a serpentine methodology in a first-in, first-out sequence to ensure efficient processing and proper inventory management for lower total ownership costs.
